The Orlando Lightning remained undfeated with a big road victory last night in Fort Lauderdale defeating the Fort Lauderdale Sharks by a final score of 73-63.  The game was played before one of the best crowds in ABL history, who filled the Shark Tank for exciting high level basketball.

Orlando was led by Carlos Montilla's 22 points with Yves Saintelo adding 17.  Four other Lightning players were in double figure scoring and Ivory Clark added 12 rebounds and George Naljkieff also grabbed 11 rebounds.

The Sharks were frustrated by the deliberate well organized Orlando unit, who exhibited a team chemistry and willingness to guard that was the difference.  Coach Barry Mestel noted the team was without their starting Center and had to make adjustments in the starting rotation.

With the victory, the Lightning claim sole possession of the ABL lead, with a big game coming up against the undefeated Palm Beach Hurricane.
